Pest control
The technician finishes the round at seven and dictates the report into his phone; someone in the office is still typing it up at nine, and the hotel wants its certificate yesterday. Inferana drafts it inside your company.
What each regulation in your sector requires, and which part of that the deployment solves.
Authorised products only, applied as stated on the label and with the treatment recorded.
RAG over your current product data sheets, so the service report and the certificate cite what applies.
Certified applicator and a company entered in the official register of biocide services.
Search over your certificates, registrations and internal procedures, with access control per team and a record of every query.
Food industry clients must be able to show their pest control plan during an audit.
Drafts of the technical report and the documentary plan built from your own service reports, without them leaving your company.
Minimisation and confidentiality of personal data on clients, contacts and staff.
Inference in the EU or on your own servers: prompts and responses are never stored or used to train models.
The same ones you already use, specific to your sector.
Nobody chose to work this way, but the report gets dictated at the end of the round and someone types it up at night. What follows is always the same:
The technician finishes at seven and dictates the report in the van.
OperationsThe hotel wants the certificate for this morning's treatment.
Client serviceEvery client wants the annual report in their own format.
Quality leadWe get two days' notice for the factory audit.
Crew supervisorThe safety data sheet changed in March and nobody has reread it.
Technical directorEvery tender asks for the same documents and we hunt them down again.
SalesTwo hours of office work a night that no job pays for.
AdministrationOn-premise takes a certain size: servers to buy and someone to keep them running. Below that you use the managed option on European infrastructure, with the same API and the same no-storage terms. Most pest control companies fall into that second case.
No. It does not propose or validate biocide treatments. That decision is made and signed by a certified technician, with the authorised product's data sheet in front of them. The tool drafts, searches and organises documentation that already exists in your company, logging every query.
On European infrastructure we manage, or on your own servers. Prompts and responses are never stored or used to train models. Inside your company access is controlled per user and per team, so a field technician and administration do not see the same thing.
The service and deployment documentation: where it runs, with which dependencies and what is stored. The query log is exportable, so you can evidence who looked at what and when. Answering the client's questionnaire and signing it remains your job.
It answers over the documents you give it, citing which one each answer came from. Keeping the data sheet repository current stays with your technical director: replace a sheet and the answers start citing the new one.
If your software already calls a model, the API is OpenAI-compatible: swap the key and the endpoint. If it calls none, the integration is done by your software vendor or whoever maintains it. We do not touch that system.
The draft comes from what the technician dictated and from the documents you give it, and it stays a draft until he reviews and signs it. If the dictation does not say which product was applied, the draft leaves the gap instead of filling it. Checking before signing stays with the technician.
Yes, with the same key. There the query does go out to the model provider, so client data and service reports are handled with the open models inside your perimeter. It is configured per team.
The models are open and the API is OpenAI-compatible, so leaving does not depend on us: the code points elsewhere by changing a key. Your documents and indexes are exportable, and your service reports stay yours in the format they came in.
In the demo we go through your case: which models you need, where they run and what it takes to meet the regulation that applies to you.
We reply within one business day.
